Moster cookies (No flour chocolate chip cookies)

Here's our favorite cookie recipe. It makes tons of cookies and the dough can be frozen. You can also half the recipe or quarter it.

1 lb. butter softened to room temperature

3 lb creamy peanut butter (6 1/2 cups)

2 lb brown sugar (5 cups)

4 cups white sugar

1 tbsp. corn syrup

8 tsp. baking soda

1 dozen eggs

1 package chocolate chips "big bag" like Costco size or about 3 regular size bags

18 cups Oat Meal (old fashioned)

1 bag coconut

Mix butter and peanut butter together. Then add remaining ingredients in order. Use 1/4 cup scoop, roll into balls then flatten on  greased cookie sheet leaving room to spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then cool 1 minute. Remove from pan. I place mine on a cooling rack, but you can use brown paper bags to set them on.

You can add raisins, nuts or seeds what ever you want.

I love a good cookie recipe. Being able to make a bunch is always nice too.
