Alison, 12, was chosen recently as the Backyard's Featured Blogger of the Week! Way to go, Alie! It is so exciting for her to have an outlet for her writing, not to mention an audience. Lately she has been working hard on a fictional series.  My daughter has spent the past several days hogging the computer, designing from HTML scratch, her own book blog called "Kate Dunlap". This is quite an accomplishment for her, and I encourage you to send your kids over to read her new books!  I am pleased that she has developed her talents in two areas that she loves -- writing and web design. (Next time I will have her play her violin along for background music, lol!) My prayer for her is that God will build on her abilities and use them for his glory.
