Midwife mom's story
Midwifemom's story
I could use some help in the motivation department. I would like to lose at least 40lbs. That is the most realistic figure that I have come up with. 60lbs would be great though. I started out at 104 lbs in high school. After I graduated, I became very inactive while I tried to figure out what to do with my life. I gained a few pounds then. Then came baby #1. I retained an extra 10lbs after him. After baby #2, I retained another 10lbs, plus got on birth control. With the depo shot, I gained 35lbs in 3 months. When my baby was 1, I dieted and exercised like crazy and lost 25lbs. I was able to maintain it for about 3 years. Then I started eating out a lot for awhile and gained 10lbs. I started working a job where I sat down a lot and gained 15lbs. I then started homeschooling and went back to school. Up another 15lbs. Last year I made a few changes like eliminating flouride intake and lost 8lbs. I then got rid of sugar and lost 14 more lbs.
I started eating sugar and have started gaining again though. I would like to get off the sugar again. I would also like to be more regular about my exercise. (I usually just walk.)
I also could use the support of others. You can post me on your list. I don't mind being public. |
