Please read Joyce's comments on the post "Ready, Set, Go". She is sooooooooo correct, you need to write your stuff down. It's important to see what you're eating, so you don't get fooled into thinking your eating less than you really are. Keeping a journel on your feelings is a very good idea, it will help you pin point if you're eating out of emotion.

It's not been my best day. I admit we went to a pizza place for lunch. I always eat too much when I go to a pizza place. I need to remember that next time! But I am not giving up.
