Thanks for sharing this story. I would have otherwise never read it.
Now that I have time to breath I was rereading the last couple of comments you left on my blog and they were cracking me up! Esp the plug you made for 1st -- luring me w/ promises of cool missions projects and lots of godly, cute, rich, guys! That's awesome!
Hope you and the fam are doing well and that the meltdowns from Monday didn't continue all week!
Deb, I'm going to keep trying to lure you to First. ;) I think if you went at night you'd find a lot of friends and maybe meet some really neat guys. I think you'd like the night service. It is a younger crowd and very laid back.
Plus, you could go on all the wonderful mission trips that I can't go on. ;) I just know you are being called to an orphanage somewhere - so you can send me back three or four little ones or to Africa to help build a water-well. ;)
The kids have gradually gotten better...turns out they were all starting to get colds and weren't feeling well.
Ponderings about faith, family, homeschooling and whatever else happens to be on my mind as we walk the narrow way.
