We are getting ready for Sunday School and preaching this morning. We're dressed, have our teaching materials, our offering, our Bibles, and yes--shoes and socksARE on  [on time!].  But are we ready to worship the King? As a Mom, I often get wrapped up in the physical getting ready for church, and leave off the spiritual preparation for corporate worship. For that matter, I often approach every day this way.

Here's something I need to meditate on:

O come, let us sing nto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods. ..O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker  (Psalm 95:1-3,6)
