Odd Thoughts

Hey Everyone!

So, I am sitting here out in the boonies of CA enjoying the weather!  We have about five inches of snow currently but I'm hoping that we'll get more soon! :)

For the last two days we've been without power too!  That is always fun!  My family always makes this big adventure out of power outages.  We eat special "power outage" foods and we play fun games by candlelight!!

Well,  I'll try and get back to you guys to tell you about my little mountain bike adventure during the early stages of this storm! :)

I'm jealous! This is the first winter I've had w/o snow! In Germany it snowed up to two feet each time it snowed.. I miss it..

But here, down in the valley I do not get that wonderful thing called snow.. *sigh*

lucky! the only snow we have gotten down at our house was the little bit we got last time you were over here! Bring some down here!
Once when our power was out, it was so cold that all of us curled up in sleeping bags on the living room floor. We were just about asleep when the power blazed back on and it turned out we had left all teh lights on. even though the power was back we still slept in the living room together! :)
