In the Treehouse

Hi! I am back!

Last Thursday Abigail and I went to a sheep farm!

Austin could not come because he had the chicken pox.

It was soooooo much fun!

They have a baby lamb. She was only 1 week old!! They also have a horse that thinks it is a sheepdog! It is HUGE!!!!!

We think Abigail might break out tomorrow because she is VERY sleepy.

On April 9 our church had its 50 anniversary!!

We had 3,670!!!!! Our goal was only 3,000!
We passed out over 40,000 flyers! We were all tired Sunday. Preacher said that he was going to have a bonfire that night to get rid of the rest of them! He also said that he did NOT want to see any ever again!

Well, I am done!

• Jan. 7, 2006 - Whew!

I made it! It was really fun! I was partners with Ashley Bell. The grownups that with our group were Bro. Brock ( or as I call him Mr. Crazy and he calls my Crazy

) and Mrs. Cindy. It was really fun until at the last house Josh Finley said "Don't move they just let there 2 pitbulls out!" Of course I freaked out

because I do NOT like pitbulls. We all ran and hid behind Bro. Brock and Mrs. Cindy. Then to our relief, around the corner came the bus. All the 6th graders can not wait until next Wednesday!

• Jan. 4, 2006 - Funny Fedex guy

The Fedex guy came today. He was a new guy. You could tell he did not like dogs. Annie was trying to be friendly and the guy was uncomfortable

. It was kind of funny.

Tonight is the first time I have ever gone soulwinning. When you are in sixth grade and its the first Wednesday of January you start going on the teen bus (even though I'm only 11). It gets dark early.

I hate being outside when it is dark. Atleast I'll be the silent partner for a year.

Well, that is all I have to say!

• Dec. 31, 2005 - Biltmore house

That thing is HUGE!!!!!!! We went to the house the day after Christmas. We went on just the regular tour. It took us 21/2 hours to go through the four floors and the basement. It was so much fun!

On Tuesday we went on the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. That was so neat!
We went over Lake Fontana. The lake is 34 miles long and can get up to 500 ft deep in some places.

We went back home on Wednesday.

The kitchen is FINISHED!!!!!!!

Daddy got the upper cabnets up right before Christmas.

Well thats all I have to say!

• Oct. 5, 2005 - Forgot

I forgot to tell about what else we did that day.

We went on a hike. We found a bunch of rocks in the water that you could climb on.
Slelby and I were walking on some rocks when Shelby slipped. She grabbed onto me and I slipped. That shirt is now streched. We both came out of the water with, Shelby, a bleeding toenail and one leg of her culottes wet, and me, I had a very painful cut in between my big toe and the one next to it. After that everything went fine until a little girl named Brittney, fell face first into the water.

The cut still hurts a little bit. I scrubbed it untill I started crying.

The insulation guy is here and working!

We, as soon as he is done, will put up the sheetrock!

That is all the poems I have today.

We had a field trip Thursday. It was not all that. We made nature journals.
I thought we'd go on a hike. Nope. The ranger gave us little tablets that had stuff to look for and told us to find somewhere to sit. Then, when we were done, she asked us what we did and we left. It was really boring. I did not learn anything new. Oh well.

The siding is done!!!!

Now we just need to get the inside done!

• Sep. 22, 2005 - Autumn!!!

Today is the first day of fall! It does not feel like it though.

Shelby, Kristen, and I have finally decided what we are going to be for the fall festival.
Hoboes. Shelby is going to put on one of her daddy's ink stained shirts and stained culottes. I am gonna wear a flanel shirt, stained culottes, and I am going to paint scars on my face. I am gonna try to find a hat to wear. Shelby says she has a couple of hats,
but I am gonna find one just in case.

I found this really weird bug in my treehouse. It looks like some kind of snail. I am gonna try to find it in the encyclopedia.

• Sep. 19, 2005 - My sister is not feeling well!

Last night she had a stomach ache.

This morning she slept until 10:00. She has been asleep.

(she does snore, and VERY loudly.

) Mommy woke her up and took her temperature. It was about 99.2.

My dog likes cold weather. The first night it was cold, she went NUTS!!

She jumped on top of Booey, just about knocked over Mommy, and ran around in circles. Her birthday is December 6. She will be 3 years old. My cat will be 2 December 31.

My treehouse has a temporary roof on it. 2 trash bags.

I did something very silly though. I put the open side to the wind!

Oh well. There is nothing I can do about it now.

We had a field trip today! We heard a bagpiper, and watched 2 sheepdogs- Ethan and the other dogs name started with a c, but I do not remember

- and a German Shepherd train.

We got 71 books today!

That does not include what we still had! In all, we have 120 books! Does anybody else like books like this?

This morning when mommy and daddy were reading their Bibles, mommy heard a bell and told daddy. He opened the back door and she ran in! Wren's collar was stuck on her leg.

We guess it was because she wanted to get past Annie without waking her up!

{Annie hates girl cats for some reason, and we do not know why.

She has been taking a bath. Now she is asleep.

They are working on the siding next to my window. They woke me up this morning.

O well.

Hi!

Here is a little about myself. I have a dog named Annie, and a cat named Wren.

I feel so bad about what happend to my sister. {If you want to hear what happend, go to my Mommy's blog.} I have been taking care of her.

This afternoon I went to the lake and caught two baby fish for her.

I can't until the new addition is finished! Almost all the siding is on the addition! How 'citing!

My brother, Boobah

, is going to WIN another game of baseball tomorrow.

My cat is under the house. I told mommy that she would be gone for a while because she likes hunting. I told her to not catch any groundhogs, Annie brings plenty of those home.
