• • •Also have been writing 5000 word emails to Chelise. [remember the Murder Mystery Party writer? yeah, her. It's funny because I really don't talk to her in real life. Not because I don't like her. Actually, we have a surprising amount of things in common! But more because my mind goes blank whenever I talk. ]

• • •In case you want to know how my first lesson went [it was on thursday] with the Talent Company [not it's real name] it was...scary. fun. frightening. different. alright. The first thing we did was get up in front of the class and practice an interview. [thankfully the class consisted only of about 10 girls] This is kind of what an interview with in agent would look like:

Agent: NEXT!
me: *walks in* Hi! How are you doing? [these are said while you are walking so that there are no awkward silences as you walk past]
Agent: Hi, I'm good. And how are you?
me:*silence* Oh! I'm good. *pause* I'm Taylor, and I'm 13. Would you like to see my Comp Card?
Agent: Sure!
me: *pantomimes handing them card*
Agent: *comments or not about how I look or something EEK!*
me: I have an commercial for you. Would you like to see it?
Agent: Sure.
me: Would you like me to slate? [say my name, age, and company I work for.]
Agent: That'd be great.
me: Where would you like me to stand?
Agent: Take about two steps back. [or that's fine, or move this way, or that way...]
me: *steps back*
Agent:That's perfect. Take your time.
me: *gets balanced and ready...says the commercial*
Agent: Okay, thank you.
me: is there anything else you'd like?
Agent: Yeah, we've got a few minutes. Tell me about yourself.
me: *gets scared* Um, let's see, I've been playing the piano for about 6 years,. Also, I enjoy singing and writing songs. [As I said before, I go completely blank when I need to talk about myself.]
Agent: What genre do you sing?
me: Uuuh...[I had to ask my Mum this later because I forgot what it's called. sad aren't I?]...contemporary Christian.
Agent: That's great. *gabbles a little more* Well, it was nice meeting you. We hope to see you soon.
me: Thank you! Good bye! *starts walking out* Have a good day! [again so no awkward silences. My Mum said I should just creep by and say "AWKWARD!"]

Yeah...sorry. I know it's hard to read.

Jun. 11, 2009 - Audience: Aw! She's back already??? *makes a run for the exit*

Yup! I'm back again! Now, you may want to skip. A lot. I am so excited and happy about the MMP that I will probably going on and on about every detail,  and everything we did. I'm serious! I probably will! And it will get tedious!So, yeah. You skip from the dotted line to...the next dotted line...not these dotted lines...these

*grins excitedly and is still in the Mystery Mode* So today was the Murder Mystery Party! Okay, first I'll fill you in on the "characters" aka us, then I'll go on about what the clues were like, some other things, and lastly, but definitely not least, the brilliance of Chelise. They will be in different posts so that you can take them in short [not really] spurts if you actually do read them.

The Characters: Since I would also not like to reveal the names of my fellow speech students w/o their permission, they also will have pseudonyms. Oh, and these are all from the notes I took, so I don't have that much info.

Chelise: was the narrator, since she was busy preparing the game she had no time to think of what she was in twenty years, but I believe she was a writer/dog trainer...

Alyce: Alyce has I believe 5 children and I do not know her occupation. She is married to man with the last name Devons-somethin[not really somethin but I fergot.]. Alyce lives in Virginia and is a homeschooling mom. Likes midnight strolls in the tea rose garden. That's all I remember of hers.

Matt: [didn't hear much because all his clues were on a tape recorder it's kind of hard to understand sometimes. Plus, for one of them we had to listen to it in the dark pantry so no one could hear us. That also prevented us from taking notes...]
I believe he is a missionary-pilot person...Is waiting for a confirmation from an airplane company that they will be building his plane. The "J3:16"
was wearing: a chinese outfit sort of like this:except it was pale blue. [he took it off later cause it got hot. I'm not quite sure why he was wearing it, If it was part of the character, or he was wearing it before, or if he was just...wearing it.]

Taylor [me!]: well, if you read my last post you'll see most of it. I live in Virginia. My husband's name is Something Tunstall. That makes my initials TT. Yeah, I don't know why I picked Tunstall. It just came to me.

•••Working on a dress for my friend. For the skirt, I..."winged it." [I'm so proud of myself because it didn't turn out half bad!] For the top Mum bought a pattern and I'm just altering to make it fit with the skirt.

•••Grandpa is visiting! He's arriving on Thursday. We have an agreement. We cook and clean and do the housework, and he makes sure that we can get to the ER or Urgent Care in a car.

•••Flora and I are reading the Mandie Books by Lois Leppard. We've been really enjoying it! She's half a book ahead of me. [HEY! REMEMBER SHE HAD A WEEK HEAD START!]

Hallo dear people who still read this blog!

I think this award is pretty cool!I didn't think I would be awarded this! Meaning, I don't think I'm funny,let alone Hilarious!

Now, what's been happening in life. Hmmm, I am going to make a list of what I did yesterday because I like lists, and I want to write out what I did yesterday somewhere and here seems like
as good a place as any other.

1. Cooked food for Aunty's and Uncle that were coming over for the party.

2. Helped get ready for the party next door. Well, it wasn't a party really, it was more of an open house.

3. Went to the party. Ate strawberries, grapes, cookies, chocolate, YUM!

4. Stood in the wind on their upstairs balcony! *LUVS wind and balconys*

5. Helped out at the sign-in table.

6. Came home. Watched part of "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe"

7. Went to a friends house to watch a VERY ENERGETIC little girl.

6. Played "Apples to Apples" with the other kids at their house. [It was a Bible Study/Fellowship thing]

9. That was supposed to be 8, not 6.

10.Ate chocolate cake with fudge. YUM! AGAIN! 

11.Got to "SHUSH" everybody and conk them if they were to loud. =D

12.Went home, watched RotK. =)

12.Read a bit, and slept! Aaah....


AND...I said I'd put up a picture of my cloak. =)
hmm, maybe I can find a better one...


Okay, that's worse, but it's cool! haha. Maybe one more...


Oh. Well, that's not a cloak! *giggles* That's Chivalrous Dude and Katsu's egg! [our chicken is called Katsu]
