Birthday Bash Giveaway - Day 2
Hi y'all and welcome to Day 2 of my Bloggy Birthday Bash Giveaway!
Some of you may know that I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. Growing up, we were the "unusually large" family that people stared at. It is kinda funny that in my church and amongst my friends, I "only" have three children. And even if I had five kids, we wouldn't exactly be turning heads or anything-- although if I had 5 BOYS, we might! But alas, I only have 3... sniff, sniff...
(I find it odd that just because I have three boys, people assume I am disappointed and that I should keep trying for that elusive girl. Ummm... yeah... no thank you, I am not anti-girl or anything, but there is room enough for only one QUEEN in this family, and that's ME! hehehe But that's a rant for another day...)
Okay, so the whole reason I mentioned siblings in the first place is because the uber-fabuloso-prize for DAY 2 of my Bloggy Birthday Bash is a pair of handmade earrings from lele+coco.
Well, who in the world is lele+coco, you ask? Lele is one of my fashionable younger sisters and Coco is my older sister. See how I made sure everyone knew that you were OLDER, Coco? Yeah, well... you made sure I knew it growing up so I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten that you will always be older than I! Bwahahahahaha!!! neener neener.
SO this giveaway requires just an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny bit of effort on your part, my fellow friends and internets.
Simply click on the above link, peruse the beautiful wares of lele+coco's shop, and then leave me a comment with the name of the handmade earrings (not a necklace set, but just the earrings) that you like and your contact info. If you are randomly generated as ze winner this weekend, you will win the very favorito pair of handmade earrings that YOU picked out yourself! Tres bien, no?
And by all means, feel free to move about the cabin and buy something for your mom for Mother's Day or for me for my birthday or even for grandma-- because grandma's can and should be stylish too! Fun earrings go well with silver hair and gives them a splash of sass!
PS From left to right, Bobo (Debbie), Lele (Leah), Stephen (nickname varies according to mood-- hehe, j/k!), Marsha (no fun nickname, although I was called Nerd and Dragonlady a few times), and Coco (Christine). This was taken at my mom's 60th b-day party... hence the Korean dresses. It's not what you would normally find me wearing to Target or Kroger or something. And is it just me or do I look prego in that dress?! Agh!
PPS I was going to add a picture of me wearing my fav earrings, but it is apparently an impossible task unless you have someone helping you. And pictures of my collarbone, my nose or the inside of my ear will not make you want to buy more earrings from my sisters' shop... Although if you think it will, just let me know and I'll post the aforementioned picture rejects!

I like the amber and gold earrings. You siblings look very sweet. Isn't it great to have many siblings? I can't imagine for myself although it is something I would have loved. I am so thankful my children have all their siblings. It is always a party being together and there is always somethone there for you to love and support you (and occasionally fight you!) :)

Definitely the Periwinkle earrings; not the periwinkle and silver, but just the plain periwinkle ones. Love them. This was my wedding color and I still love it. This goes well with jeans and a nice top. I've found quite a few pieces of jewelry tonight that would go well with jeans. I love that! Thanks for this.
