Your parents are Wii addicts when...

Posted in Kids-Family-Funnies-Etc

Your dad sends you this picture in an e-mail:

Yup.  That's my mom's status upgrade in Wii Golf to "Pro".  Needless to say, they are enjoying his retirement!

Come to think of it, I don't think they have EVER sent me a picture of themselves.  But that's okay...  I can just stare at my mom's Mii.

It's a matter of time before I get said emails from my parents. They think it is part of there exercise, lol. My mom said she heard they are using it in elderly facilities to keep them active, as if that's her excuse to continue her addiction :)

You should've heard my mom the first time she played Wii golf! She went on and on about how beautiful the course was, how she doesn't understand why people would play real golf when it is so fun and pretty on the Wii, and how they get exercise! LOL

All this from a 5'2" tall Korean woman!

LOL, oh my goodness Marsha, that sounds like something my mom would say too. When I "bowl" with them on the Wii they get so mad because I just flick my wrist and they think you have to do the whole follow through thing and get all technical about it. IT"S JUST A GAME! Anywho at least they are "active" and have something good to be addicted to. We'll have to make up a support group for senior citizens addicted to Wii ;)

oh my goodness, I just can't imagine!

We have a wii. I've never played it - but the boybarians got it for Valentine's Day from my Handy Man and they made a mii of me (or is that a mii of mii) that looks just like your mom's mii.

They keep waiting for me (or um, mii) to play. But.. I dunno. I'll let you know if that ever happens. :)

See you tommorrow!
