Greetings and Salutations!
Welcome to my brand-new blog!
Im not really sure what to write... let's see...how about my day?
Well, my day was pretty simple. my family has monday's off, so we went to a few outlet malls, which was lots of fun. i bought a book by Patricia Rushford called "Now i lay me down to sleep," and a few CDs: "Whispered and Shouted" by Aaron Shust, "World Service" by Delirious? and "33Miles" by 33Miles. I've only listened to whispered and shouted, but its pretty good. i really can't wait to get the new BarlowGirl cd--"How Can We Be Silent." I've been listening to a few of the songs on www.haveyouheardtheword.com (only on mondays) and they're really good.
so after that we came home and just kinda relaxed for a little bit..then we ate and gave dad a few more father's day gifts: Newsboys GO -Remixed CD and the NIV/Message parallel Bible. he, of course loved them both :) lol. after him reading some of it outloud (the message part) it made me want to get a message Bible, so pearhaps in the near future... although i just bought a small niv for church..oh well, lol.
