Hello, friends. I almost forgot to post tonight.. whoops. ;).
Could ya'll please pray for me and my mom and dad? We've all got allergies pretty bad and it's miserable :(. Thanks :)
All this week, for the first time ever, we (our church/VH) are "celebrating" Holy Week, by having a service each night, Monday through Friday. It's just like a church service.. we have music, and then a sermon, and the it's been really awesome. Time has flown by so fast, though... I was originally thinking about posting each night about the sermon, but as you can tell, I haven't been able to do so. Here's a recap ;). I can't believe tomorrow is FRIDAY!!
-Sunday morning the sermon was from John (we’re in a series in John) about the arrest of Jesus.
-Monday night was (still in John) about the rejection of Jesus and the trials he was brought through (going to Annas, Ciaphas, and Pilate).
-Tuesday night was about how Pilate rejected Jesus, and then about his beating. We had a clip from the Passion of Christ, only a short one, which showed some of the beating. It really made it come alive again for me… But I don’t understand how people are able to watch that movie more than once. I saw it in theatres and vowed I’d never see it again. But some people I know watch it once or twice a year; I don’t think I could handle it.
-Tonight’s was about the spiritual part of the pain that Jesus went through during the crucifixion, as he took our sins upon himself and became sin for us. Again… wow. After the sermon we played “Mighty to Save” during the invitation, then sang some more songs, ending with “That’s Why We Praise Him.” It was really cool. And I thought about choosing “Mighty to Save” for today’s song, but this other song has been stuck in my head alllllll day, so I decided to use it, instead. However, I can’t seem to find a recording of the song to post for you. It’s a great song, though. Downhere is a great band. I highly recommend you look them up. :)
Let me know your thoughts! I’ll return comments tomorrow… I need to get to bed!
Live For You ~ Downhere
I'm moved by this grace again and again
Your love so complete how can I explain
I want to live for You
Oh, I want to live for You
With wonder and beauty and mystery and meaning
Filled with your joy, oh, hear me sing
I want to live for You
Oh, I want to live for You
The rhythm of your presence beats steady in my soul
Let this be my prayer as the melody rolls
From my heart into yours
This is all I have to give You back in spirit and truth
I want to live for You
All of my days from here to ever after
From this life to the new
I want to live for You
Every morning your mercy is new
I know as the sun rises into the blue
I want to live for You
Oh, I want to live for You
I know without shadows, I love without fear
You are so faithful, I see it clear
I want to live for You
Oh, I want to live for You
Prepare now the mission
Plant in me a dream
I'll give You back the life You've given me
All You've given me
This is all I have to give You back in spirit and truth
I want to live for You
All of my days from here to ever after
From this life to the new
I want to live for You
This is all I have to give You back in spirit and truth
I want to live for You
All of my days from here to ever after
From this life to the new
I want to live for You
This is all I have to give You back in spirit and truth
I want to live for You
I've decided to post a song a day until Easter. Enjoy :) I will be posting and returning comments soon. :)

Today I got up around 6:20am. Mom and I left the house and got to the ACT Testing Center at 7:40, but they didn’t open the doors/start checking people in until 8. It went smoothly and I feel pretty good about it… though, I’m trying to spend too much time considering my essay ;). Scores could be up as soon as the 15th! Can’t wait.
I got out of the test around 12:30, but Mamma couldn’t get there until 1 (they originally said we’d finish around 1, so that’s what she was planning for, then she got stuck in traffic). Mom and I stopped at Boston Market on the way back to church…. It was soooooooooooooooooo good!!! I hadn’t had food from there for ages.
I worked the rest of the afternoon, then Melissa came out to church and we practiced a song we’re going to sing tomorrow morning. It’s called “Cry In My Heart” by Starfield. I’m singing the harmony. It’s a beautiful song. I love it. :)
Speaking of tomorrow… after the morning service I’m going to explain the Jr. Church stuff to Clint –he’s doing the Time Machine thing for me tomorrow night. Then I’ll have a few hours to rest before meeting the girls (plus Collin) at Melissa’s house, then going to the concert. Another thing I can’t wait for. It should be fun. :)
I've seen that several of you have posted.... rest assured I'm reading! But I'm too worn out to comment tonight.. I shall soon, though. :) That’s all for now… Tata :)
If the pro-life position is correct,
abortions are human casualties and
every day number nearly 1,000
more than all lives lost in the 9/11 attacks.

3- Abortion fact (only a few left...)
Each year in the US,

-Monday, on our day off, we all went bike riding. We took the ferry to downtown Norfolk, and rode to the mall. We chained the bikes, then ate lunch in the food court. Then we decided to see what was playing when at the theatre. We decided to see Monsters vs. Aliens – turned out it was 3D! It was really cool. I liked it a lot. Then we rode our bikes some more before taking the ferry back to our town and riding home. The last little bit was really tough, though, because it was pretty windy. After that, we were quite tired. :)
-Tuesday was nothing special. Sorry :P
-Today didn’t have anything exciting, either. Well, actually… everything worked out today so that I can go to the Steven Curtis Chapman/Michael W. Smith concert this weekend!!!!! Super excited. Can’t wait. Gonna be awesome. I’m going with Melissa, her son Collin, and another lady from church, Renee. They had a promotion on the tickets for a few days of buy one get one free, so that was the main deciding factor. :)
-I’m taking the ACT on Saturday and I would really appreciate your prayers! I’m not all that nervous… yet. But I’m sure it’s gonna hit me soon ;) Thanks :)
Well, that’s all for now. Here’s the abortion fact:
If it's morally reprehensible to kill
a developing human being after birth,
why is it permissible to kill a developing
human being before birth?
