| Yesterday morning Brittany and I took Sammy to Michael’s arts and crafts store so that Sammy could do the weekly kids craft project that they have every Saturday morning. Well, the store was closing down that day and moving across the street to their new larger location. The craft project had been cancelled, but what little was left in the store was going for 90% off so we stayed and started selectively choosing things to buy. As we were in line the manager announces that whatever we can fit into a large bag within 12 minutes we could have for $10.00. We grabbed 2 large bags and we scrambled about stuffing our bags, as did the other 20 or so women in the store. Brittany pretty much cleared out what was left of the jewelry crafts and iron on transfers. I was sort of stuck on the magnetic note pads and kids crafts. We got some prints to frame and a lot of letter art for Brit’s room. Oh what fun! I’m not kidding when I say that we spent $20.00, plus tax, on hundreds of dollars worth of stuff! What an adrenalin rush! We felt like we were on a shopping spree game show or something.
Here are some pictures of what we dumped out onto the dining room table. After that we took it all over to my Mom’s house and dumped it out onto her floor so that she cold have some fun too. We'll keep some of it and give the rest away.

Not bad, heh? Should we open our own shop?
