May. 20, 2009 As Usual! :)
As usual I have lost something of importance! :)
I have lost my papers for the short story!! I have 3 younger siblings, so bear with me!! Obviously I won't be able to type the rest of my book, so I will tell you how it turned out. :)
After they gaged Trixie up, they drove to an old abandened house where they already had Mr. Teem. After they locked her up she was in there for a while before she heard police cars outside the house. Mark Sullivan and Max and the police had managed to track them down because of the stolen car which they were driving so when they come inside they capture the crooks and everything turns out ok.
That is not near as exciting as the actual ending of the story in fact there were 3 more chapters but oh well... Belive me though I plan on finding it!!!!!! Thank you for bearing with me!
Now Eliza can FINALLY post something! lol

Chapter 3
When Trixie woke up she was on the floorboard of a moving car. "Ohhh" She moaned. "My body aches all over!!! Just then she heard voices, coming from the front seat. "Just what information did he give her?" Asked a woman. "Almost everything, he was getting to the part of me disapearing." "This must be Darren Mayor!" Thought Trixie excitedly to herself.. "But who could the woman be? I guess he would need an accomplice." She pondered silently. "But where could Mark Teem be?!" She thought alarmed. The car wasn't big enough for another person. All of a sudden her phone started vibrating. As she opened it to answer quietly, the woman happened to glance back at her. "Give me that!" She hissed. "You didn't gag or tie her!?" She exclaimed to Mr. Mayor. "I-I didn't think I would need to! I gave her a really heavy dose of that stuff!" He replied. Trixie smiled, "He dosn't know how immune to that stuff I am from being with dad on cases and smelling small amounts of it at a time." She thought to herself. "Pull over so we can tie her!" Said the lady. "And no more chemicals! They have enough on us without chemicals added to their list!" "Ok, ok, Dora, no more chemicals! Just quiet down!" He replied soothingly. What they didn't know know was that the phone Dora had taken away from Trixie was still open, and Trixie's best friend on the other line, and had been listening, until Dora closed the phone.
I am not sure but that wasn't my favorite chapter, I am not sure why but i just wasn't. :)

Chapter 2
Trixie hesitated before knocking on the door of 194 Maple Ln. "This guy must be pretty near crazy to SUE a lawyer of all people!" She thought to herself. Just then the door opened, "Can I help you?" the man asked hestintly. 'Yes, you can..." she replied, but was cut off by the man interupting rudly. "Your not selling something are you?" "Because if you are, I want none of it!" "Oh, no!" Exclaimed Trixie. "I am... here to find out informaton about the suit you brought into court earlyer this morning." "Oh, ok, come in, I'll be happy to tell you anything you want to know." he said. "Thanks" Trixie replied. As she sat down she quickly took in everything around her, the living room which was the room she was in was sparsly furnished, with only a rocker and a love seat, with a dirty rug on the floor, and a fireplace that looked like it hadn't been cleaned out in ages. "What can I tell you?" Asked Mr. Teem, breaking into her thoughts. "I'll start right out because I donh't have much time." Said Trixie, trying to sound like a judges assistant and not like an amature detective. Which is what she was. "Why exactly are you suing Mr. Mayor? "Because he was blackmailing my late wife." He stated simply. "How?" Asked Trixie. "My wife had some bad history that cost her, her job at the law office, nothin' criminal, just some bad mistakes that made some inocent people lose their case." He said pausing for breath. "Well, anyway, he, Mr. Mayor knew about this, and he told her, that the only way to keep him keep quiet about this, was to pay him. So we paid him, he demanded Five hundred dollars a month, and it worked, for a while. Then he started demanding more, and Jane, my wife, would not give it to him. So he threatened to tell about the mishap of her job, which she counter threatened to go to the police about this blackmailing business. All of a sudden he just dissapeared, we checked the airlines but could find no trace of him...." Just then the house went black. "It must be a short," said Mark. "It should be back on in a sec..." All of a sudden a hand grapped Trixie, who started to scream when a rag, that was soaked, with something sweet, yet acrid smelling was layed on her nose, but just as she relized what it was, all went black.
Hope you all liked this chapter as much as I liked writing it! It was by far the most fun to write!!!

May. 2, 2009 The Lawsuit By Ash
Chapter 1
"Finally!' Breathed Trixie Sullivan. Trixe had just gotten home from the market and had finally gotten all the bags inside. "Hi, sweetie!" Called her dad as he walked into the house. "Did your mother get off to Europe,Ok?" he asked chuckling. "You know, she did! and on time no less!" She said. "So, any interesting cases today?" she continued. Larry Sullivan was one of the most respected and profitable judges in their town of Alanta Georgia. "Actually, yes." He replied. "What?!" She asked. There is a man by the name of Mark Teem, wanting to SUE his lawyer!" He said incredibly. "Why would he do that?" she asked confused. "I don't know, all I know is he thinks that this man said something, to his late wife that cost him a lot of money, or some such thing, anyway I asked Mary to find out some more about this guy, and until then the case is postponed." He finally stoped for breath. "Is he from around here?" she continued to question. "Yes, actually he's sort of a neighbor, he lives just around the corner on Maple ln." he replied. "What house?" Trixie asked. It's 194 Maple Ln., I thought I was talking to my daughter Trixie Sullivan not one of my fellow judges!" "Dad! you know law and mysteries, are important to me!" "Ok, ok, the lawyer's office is TMD, which stands for Taylor, Mayor, and Deeme. The lawyer your looking for is Darren Mayor. And in case your about to ask, yes, you may help find out about the case, as long as you don't harass anyone!" "Thanks Dad!!" She said as she hugged him. "I think I'll run over to Mark Teem's house before dinner!" She said. "Ok, bye sweetie! Be careful!" "OK, dad!" She replied as she shut the door behind her.
This is the first chapter of six, of the short story, I have written, I will TRY to post a chapter every day but I can't make any promises! In the mean time maybe Eliza will post something. :)
