We are about to take the final leap into homeschooling (our first year ever!  :) by joining our local homeschool group. There are actually three in our area--a small one close to our house, and two larger ones if we cross the bridge into the New Orleans area from where we are in Boutte.

Anyone have any experiences to share--good or bad--about being in a homeschool group? Just wondering...
