Artist Study
This year I hope to add more art studies into our homeschool day. I feel art is really important, but unfortunately it is something I do not know much about. This will definitely be a learning experience for me. I plan on doing individual Artist Studies, but for now, I’m just giving some overall general information about studying art that I have found. I hope someone can use it.

Yahoo User Group
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/artiststudyCM/ - Jimmie just started this user group and it looks like it’s going to be really good. I just joined it yesterday.
Some activities I read about:
1. Make a scrapbook. (This one sounds really cool!)
2. Use 2 of each painting to play concentration.
3. Make concentration a little harder by matching the painter with the painting or two different paintings by the same painter.
4. Make a puzzle out of a artist print.
Part 2 of this article tells more about the activities.
