Aug. 16, 2007 - Great Post

I think I learned all I ever want to know about Hurricanes in 1992 when we had a home in Homestead Fl. This is a great time of year for research material.

Hurricane Study:
This is great material, Hurricane's in our state. Is pretty much just another day. But if were to have tornado's that would raise an eyebrow or two. Earthquakes, I would have no ideal of what to do. I have a tracking map, dated back from 1999. Noted major hurricane's, my Dad and I see who can get the closes location on the hurricanes. That's how I learned how to read, about the airflow & high & low of where they will go. I'm one whom enjoys Science, oceanography & meteorology. Thanks for the awesome research & material you've provided us with.

Blessings,
Debbie

Wow that is alot of info on Hurricanes. Do you have any links saved for earthquakes? I think we'll do some more in-depth study on that sometime this year..

Hope your day is going well!

Pour some coffee, I'm losing days! I looked at the date on this entry and thought, "Gee, she hasn't put up a post in a while." Then I realized August 15 was YESTERDAY!!! I think I've done so much lately I'm somewhere in the middle of next week!

Thanks for putting me on your friends list, I have reciprocated.

Peace and Laughter,
Cristina

We are doing weather this year. I'd love to look at your notebook pages but when I went and clicked download I don't get anything. I must be doing something wrong? Can you advise. Thanks.
Gina
p.s. I don't know how you find time to put this stuff all together all the time! You're awesome!

Grrrr.....Himacanes!!! Dean's a boy with a BAD temper!! Thanks for all the great links! As a FAA Weather Observer and a coastal Florida resident for (OMG!) thirty years, hurricanes are something I pay attention to. I was thinking of writing a post on all my personal hurricane adventures starting with my first, Hurricane David. Anyway, have a wonderful weekend. Talk to you soon.

Aug. 22, 2007 - file download

Posted by tlpgina

I tried again on the notebook pages. I hit the download button (orange long oval button) and it acts like it's trying and then comes up on my browser bar "done". I don't see anything that says download file now. I tried l clicking, double clicking, right clicking...I must be missing something. If I'm the only one don't worry about it...must be my computer?
