Hello! Welcome to Eclectic Education Homeschool! My name is Lynn and I am a Homeschooling WAHM. I write here about my daily happenings at home with my two darling sons. When I am not busy taking care of children, I write for
eHow, make pages on
Squidoo, and spend time designing merchandise for
Lynn's Boutique. I also make free curriculum for homeschoolers to use at
Homeschool Launch. I would love for you to check out my work. I hope that this blog will be a blessing to other Homeschool mothers and be a light for my Savior Jesus. So please pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit back and enjoy! Please also feel free to check out my website,
Eclectic Education Homeschool Curriculum, for more homeschool tips. Thank you for visiting!

For Blogger Friend School we were suppose to show something about pumpkins. Well, here are all the pumpkins I have had in the last week.
Pumpkin Farm

Carving the Pumpkin

Pumpkin Lapbook

My Little Pumpkin

Verse: Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 20:19
I've been thinking about that verse a lot recently. I will probably never get very far from home. I was not called to be a missionary or a preacher, but as I look at my counter for my blog and it shows that people from 60 (current count) countries have visited my blog, I am awed. I will probably never get to 60 countries in my entire life, but in just a few short months people from around the world have heard how I love Jesus. It's not much, but sometimes it only takes a seed to get planted. I have realized I am being a voice for my Lord and I don't have to travel all over the world because of modern technology. |

Darling pictures! The lapbook looks really good.
Yes, you are so right we don't have to leave our homes in order to witness Him. People will be discipled by observing our lives.

Lovely pumpkin pictures!
I'd never thought about a blog being a "missionary tool" before - but you're right, what a wonderful way to share the Good News!

I totally agree. It's awesome that a blog can be part of our mission field. I often ask the LORD what is my mission field? Where is my ministrry? and HE reminds me it is my children and husband, my neighbors and my homeschool boards and blog! What a blessing your post was to me today! Thank you!!!
Blessings!

Sometimes it's things that we would never consider "missionary work" that is how God chooses to use us to shine his light out through us to others!
Wow! That's a lot of pumpkins! |
