As I mentioned yesterday, I have been selected to be apart of Homeschool E-store’s promotional, The Twelve Blogs of Christmas.  One of the requirements is to run a contest.  Now, for a few rules that Homeschool E-store has: 1. HomeschoolEstore's 12 Blogs of Christmas" contestants may enter only 2 of the 12 total contests.  2. HomeschoolEstore employees and their families as well as HomeschoolEstore publishers employees and families may not participate in this contest.

Here is what my contest is:  On your blog, post about your favorite memory of Christmas as a parent.  It’s that easy!!! After you write the post, add your blog to Mr. Linky.  Make sure you link directly to your Christmas Memories post.  On your blog, make sure you let people know that the post is for this contest and have a link back to the contest. 

I reserve the right to disqualify anyone who does not follow the rules or who posts objectionable material. 

Now for the prize!!!!  As I said yesterday, the prize is being provided by Homeschool E-store.  They are going to give the winner a $50.00 gift certificate to their store!  How cool is that??? I will be randomly selecting the winner.  All entries must be posted by December 16^th, 2007 at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time.

I put my entry out there for the contest, and I put my link in the Mr. Linky. It didn't come up though on your page, which is what I'm use to seeing. Anyway, my blog is out there. I hope I did it right. Great contest. :)

Great idea for a contest! As I read your post, a memory surfaced wanting to be told so I told. I'm not linking it, though, as I currently haven't the need for the prize. We have more material then we'll ever get through before I forget where it is. So enjoy my story, and I'll be stopping back by to read everyone elses. Next time, I'll pick a lighter story. See, as I'm old, I got lots of stories.
