I am very interested in what system you use to homeschool your kids. I have been looking into Ohio Virtual Acadmey. Have you heard of it?
But I do live in the Dayton area. and I was wondering what other support groups and such are around me, if you know.
Thank you for the lovely comment on Sesamestreetlife.blogspot.com

I will continue to pray for you and to keep you accountable to getting the rest you need to allow your body time to cope. Stress can do so much to our bodies, and it shows in so many ways. I pray that as you find the stress releases the Lord has for you, that you will use them. :)

Ah... wellness. That's something I need. I just found out that the reason I've been feeling so yucky this past week was because I was having an allergic reaction from my medicine the doctor gave me (sinus infection). As I wrote in my blog this morning... I'm spending the day - detoxing. lol
Great game plan this week :)

Yes, babysteps are the way. As flylady says...don't beat yourself up and your never behind. Make you babysteps and soon you will be walking across the floor. (((hugs)))
I pray good health and less stress for you and your family this coming year.
Blessings and ((hugs)) my SSiC

THANK YOU SO MUCH! That was it! I changed it and now the post is back to normal size. I appreciate your wisdom and your effort in getting back to me to help me out. It would have taken me a lot of time to try to find those answers in a google search.
Have a WONDERFUL week!
Thanks again!!!

Hi Lynn,
Sorry to hear about the Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed with it a few years before the MS, and it is no picnic. Exercising a little each day was a big key to helping me feel better. It is hard because you don't feel good so you don't want to exercise. I'll be praying for you!

I know what it is like to have it. I was diagnosed last year with it. I so agree that you want to be healthier and take the steps to do it but is is hard to get motivated because you feel so tired and blah at times.
I need to take the same steps myself, including exercising more. That is harder than the ones that you mentioned.
Take care,
Heather L.
