Also make sure you sign up for the newsletter so you can get an extra e-book a week. This site http://www.wowio.com/ offers free e-books with registration. Up until now it was offered in the USA only, but in one day (more of less) it is suppose to go global!!! If you are interested in studying the ocean anytime soon, please check out my other blog.
