Hello! Welcome to Eclectic Education Homeschool! My name is Lynn and I am a Homeschooling WAHM. I write here about my daily happenings at home with my two darling sons. When I am not busy taking care of children, I write for
eHow, make pages on
Squidoo, and spend time designing merchandise for
Lynn's Boutique. I also make free curriculum for homeschoolers to use at
Homeschool Launch. I would love for you to check out my work. I hope that this blog will be a blessing to other Homeschool mothers and be a light for my Savior Jesus. So please pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit back and enjoy! Please also feel free to check out my website,
Eclectic Education Homeschool Curriculum, for more homeschool tips. Thank you for visiting!

Loss Leaders
I love loss leaders. They are a great way to save money if it is something you are in the market for anyways. A loss leader is a product that a store sells for a loss to get you into the store. The only catch is to be careful how much ELSE you buy. A lot of times they don't make loss leaders to easy to get to because they want you to see all the other wonderful products there are to buy. So make sure you wear blinders!!!! lol!!!
Staples had some great loss leaders this week. To see what all I got for only 65¢, check out this post at my savings blog.
Please don't forget about Thoroughly Organized Thursday! I hope you will participate, but if you can't think of anything, please at least come read the posts.
For more Tightwad Tuesday posts, check out Mary's blog.
Please don't forget to comment, so I know you were here! |

Krogers is really big on Lost Leaders. If you take their add with you to shop and just buy what is featured, then you will do okay. You are right about not purchasing anythng else once you are shopping.

I'm here, I'm here *grin*. I've never even heard of Loss Leaders, sounds neat though. We have something similar though called Winners & Home Sense where you can get everything more than 50% off from clothing, to kitchen stuff. You're right though about having to be careful how much you spend!! Just way to much stuff and super tempting :) Hope you are having a great week and I hope PC's tests have all turned out good to :)
Thinking of you,

I love loss leaders; they make up the bulk of shopping trip each week. I stock up on the necessities so that going to the store is never a necessity! :)
Have a lovely week!
