My goodness! I love your link! Here I am, an old mother of two + plus one borrowed, ages 11, 16, & 18, and I STILL haven't learned how to make time for me. This can really become a large issue as life goes on. On Monday morning, even my doctor demanded I learn to take time for myself. She said for me to leave the phone at home, put in some earplugs and GO! Walk or run for an hour each and every day. Well, I'm off to learn something new, Thanks for the link and you all have a very Blessed and Wonderful Thanksgiving!
