For my Home Ec. Class I made jelly. I made them two different ways.
The round jar is grape jelly. For the grape jelly, I boiled sugar and some home made grape juice in a pot until it sheeted on a spoon. Then you put it in your jars and seal.
The taller jar is raspberry-jalapeno jelly. For the raspberry-jalapeno jelly, I boiled for 1 minute the raspberries, jalapenos, green bell peppers, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a sprig of mint. Then you take it off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Next, you add pectin and strain it fast. After you strain, you put it in your jars and seal.
