Wednesday, August 13, 2008 - Baby Keets
Our guinea fowl girl was sitting on a whole bunch of eggs, and so I was outside and the Guinea boys were making quite a noise, so I went and saw about ten baby keets! Today they were hatched, and we found only one dead.
We are very excited.

Thursday, July 17, 2008 - skunks and bear
Ok, last night we saw about ten baby skunks, and Ben and Eric got a shotgun and went into our gully, Ben shot two baby skunks with one shot and wounded another, the other babys scampered away. That was pretty exciting!
But, even more exciting is that we did have a Momma and a baby mountain lion, well they moved out and now we have a bear! Our neighbor across the street saw him.

First of all, Grandpa is doing much, much better, and can't wait until we come to Oregon on the 20th, we are going to perform at his church, and other places. (www.electricchurch.net) I can't wait to go too! :-D
Second of all, it rained a LOT in the past few weeks, so now it has been very sunny and warm, so we have thousands of bugs at our house (no kidding) so we let our guineas out (oh, by the way, on june first they turned a year old) and they have been having a heyday!

Tuesday, May 20, 2008 - Performing
Last night we sang at a retirement home, we had lots of fun. We wore the performance clothes that Anne and Beth made. (my vest and shirt in my avatar)
Sorry I still don't have the convention pictures yet, but I am trying to sort a few pictures for my blog out of hundreds. :-P (no kidding)
Also, the temperature has been in the high eighty's, so I think it will be a very hot summer, right now it is 85º.
