It has been a very long time since my last login. Again I was doing a search for my name and found my blog again. So, I decided to do an update. Being a stay at home mom who homeschools but needs to contribute to the family finances now I started a new home business. I really am loving it. It is amazing how God always has you do the things you say you would never do. In my case it was sales. I said I hated them and would never ever do them EVER! Well, guess what I am doing them! I know God is looking down and laughing a bit. I also know I should've known better than to say never. I think the moment the word never comes out of our mouths it sets off a lttle bell in Heaven and God adds this to our to do list in Heaven. I think he loves our never sayings because then he doesn't have to make the list of to do's for us we create them oursleves. Even though I know he has a purpose for me and a design for me while here I think the never list is for when we get bored or to fill in the rest of our lives or something. So, here I am doing the sales thing and I am really liking it. In fact I can't believe all the areas in my life that have changed from this. I am getting more organized because my time is more precious now. I have a certian time frame when I can get things done where as before I had any time frame to get things done. So, my house is a little nicer and I am a little happier. I almost just said never but I am going to refrain from that one. So I will say I hope I get to homeschool forever and since I am now I needed a way to be home and still make money I am glad God showed me this great business opportunity that really anyone could do. |

Well tonight is a beautiful summer night and I thought I would write a little something. I actually had forgotten about this blog and found it by accident when doing a web search for my name. It was a pleasant surprise. I have been having an amazing summer with a lot of victory from Jesus working in my life. I have had some very tramatic things happen to me lately but God is so good and he has given me joy and it hasn't gone away even through my trials. Isn't that just amazing! I never thought joy could be possible while in a trial but 1 thess 5:16-18 says "be joyful always.....for this is God's will for you" so that means even in trials joy is possible and it is God's will. So when I feel like not being joyful I can stand firm on God's word and declare it out loud "be joyful always for this is Go'd will for me! " And I can have victory in it because there is more power in speaking God's word when dealing with the forces of darkness. I am so excited about this. I give God all the glory for the authority he has given me to live a life RIGHT NOW free from satan's power. Thank you Lord for your Authority, thank you for the freedom you have given me and my family , thank you for changing me so much that people I don't know walk up to me and ask me what has happened to me there is such a change in me. Literal life change and it is all from the Lord and learning how to fight against the enemy and take back what he has stolen! Praise Jesus, Praise you father. Thank you for everything.
P.S. The rest of the scripture in 1 thess states also "to pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." |
