Nope, that is not a typo. My new adventure in Water Aerobics has a couple of problems. Do you think it would be disruptive to the class if I brought a snorkle? How about nose plugs and goggles? I'm just having a little trouble with the waves. Yes, it is an indoor pool but with so many ladies moving with so much enthusiasm... well, try doing crunches on your back while floating and not get a nose full!
I did speak to the teacher today and laughing burns calories so she is okay with it.
I admit, it is fun but... I spend the entire time thinking about fast food! Instead of counting crunches I say with each one, "Bacon burger, Bacon Burger, Bacon Burger" Motivation is very important, right?
Stradegy is also important, that is why I only take one dollar with me so I can't go through the drive-thru on the way home. A buck is all I got if I run in to trouble. I wonder how much oxygen it would get me if I offered it to the brave lady on the other side of the pool doing her crunches with the oxygen tank. Seems to me if gives her and unfair advantage.
Hmmm... Oxygen or snorkle... hmm???
