Be careful...very careful!

My oldest daughter somehow managed to stab a knitting needle deep into her thigh.  From what we gathered, she had her knitting bag and the (rather heavy) bathroom door at church slambed into the bag which contained a size four knitting needle.  The needle and bag and door were all set up in such a way that the door pushed the needle out of the bag, through the skirt and nylons, into her leg. 

She said she tried to pull it out and couldn't so she screamed for help but no one heard her.  Later she told us she was screaming softly because she didn't want anyone but Daddy to hear.  Well her little sister found her and ran to get us.  We came running followed by the pastor and his family.  There she was standing by the bathroom door.  Daddy pulled the needle out and she fainted, I caught her.  We sat on the floor until she was conscious, while everyone stood around trying to figure out how it happened.

Lasting effects are a slight limp, a small red hole and a bright red face.
