| Great News! Praise the Lord! I had a long talk with a friend I have known for over twenty years. He heard and engaged in a complete and exhaustive gospel discussion. I laid it all out. It was rough and to the heart. I was not gentle exactly but it was so sound and firm. I am amazed when these things happen. I realized I was shaking from adrenaline at one point. No premeditation. Not planned or intended. But oh so good! He heard it all, now pray the Lord breaks his heart. His pride and self justification is firm. But he knows the truth! The entire truth and his objections were answered, his excuses met. He tried to joke his way out and I wouldn’t let him, he tried to insult his way out, he tried to rationalize but he heard it all! We had a great exchange. He has always fled in the past. I really care so much for this man. Please Lord, please please please! It felt so good! Who needs base jumping or roller coaster. This is the thrill of eternity. Pray! pray! pray! |
