Jocelyn from A Pondering Heart is giving away a book from the Kingdom Series:  Knights of Arrethtrae: Sir Kendrick & the Castle of Bel Lione.  The giveaway will end at midnight on Saturday, September 13th 2008, and the winner will be emailed the following Monday announced on the Weekly.  To enter, just visit her blog entry and carry out her instructions.

I haven't read these books, but they sound absolutely wonderful.  It is in my plans to get the series and read it when we have the funds to do so.  Our family really love the middle ages, and it's always good to read something with Kingdom benefits.

About the Entmoot

Our family loves the books of J.R.R. Tolkien, especially "The Lord of the Rings" Trilogy. An Entmoot is a gathering of Ents (Shepherds of the Trees) to discuss issues. We thought this was a wonderful word picture to describe our zany family.
