I watched a really sweet movie tonight. It's called "A Walk in the Clouds". It's a very good romantic movie, vey well done and has good morals. [Though it is not recommended for anybody younger than a teenager. It's rather an adult movie.] I've been watching a lot of movies lately, actually! Star Trek, The Captain's Paradise, Iron Man...
yeeeeeeah, 'nuff said. I'm tired, so I'll say ta ta!!

I know what you mean about Eragon. I quite liked the first book and actually really liked the second, but the third one got so long and so... ranty. It's just a different flavour to the other ones, and I think he lost a lot of his audience with it. Besides, the whole deal about trying to find a weapon and completely forgetting the prophesy really annoyed me. I mean, if we can remember prophesies about him then he should remember them himself. Gah.
But the Princess and the Goblin is pure coolness. We have the fully illustrated version, and it's so enchantingly pretty that it was my favourite book for half my life.
Super exciting about your drivers license! I was completely and utterly freaked out about getting mine, and my hands would shake so much starting the car for the first couple of months that I could hardly hold the wheel. It was pretty pathetic, actually. But it's not so hard as it looks... well, actually, it's probably harder than it looks, I have to say. But it's still a lot of fun, and not nearly so terrifying as I first thought it. *hugs*
BTW, the mystery phrase? Pedin in naid i anνron, a nin ϊ-cheniathach? It means 'I can say what I desire and you won't understand me'. Pretty cool, eh? *grin*
