Right to the point- a little about me - pt 1

I've received this list a few different times through email.  I saw someone else post the answers in her blog, and I thought I'd borrow her idea and do the same thing here.   This is really long (60 questions)...so I'll post the first half today, and the second half tomorrow or later this week. > > 1. What time did you get up this morning? Which time??  The first time- 7am...but then I dozed off again until almost 9am!!  > 2. Diamond or pearls? I like 'single pearl' when it's a necklace- not a string of them. > 3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Veggie Tales pirate movie - and it was FREE (Kid's Summer fest) Last one I PAID for was: Wall-E - obviously with the kids. > 4. What is your favorite TV show(s)? ..LOST.   > 5. What do you usually have for breakfast? It varies- cereal, breakfast smoothie, eggs in a basket (toast w/egg), or nothing at all > 6. What is your middle name? Jo > 7. What food don't you like? Well, I'm not too keen on food that has eyes or legs still visible (seafood). > 8. What is your favorite CD at the moment? My interests vary often of course- but if I could only choose one CD to listen to, it would probably be Riverdance soundtrack. > 9. What kind of car do you drive? Honda Odyssey > 10. Favorite sandwich? Grilled Ham & Cheese Panini (from WW My Turnaround Cookbook)- but I don't usually have ham (don't eat much pork)- so I substitute Turkey or Chicken, or Roast beef...yummmmm )  - I'll blog about one someday. > 11. What characteristic do you despise? impatience > 12. Favorite item of clothing? Any that make me look skinny! > 13. If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? Ireland or New Zealand (been here once- gorgeous!) > 14. Favorite brand of clothing? Does "Walmart" count as a brand? > 15. Where would you retire to? Ashe County, NC (rolling hills/foothill 'mountains' of the Blue Ridge) > 16. What was your most recent memorable birthday? I've tried to forget- but when I turned 30, my In-laws through a big party for me and my BIL who also turned 30.  I was pregnant with my youngest at the time. > 17. Favorite sport to watch? Tri-nations Rugby (NEW ZEALAND ALL-BLACKS but not available in the USA much)  - then Hockey   > 18. Furthest place you are sending this? The WORLD wide web > 19. Person you expect to send it back first? since I'm not really sending it OUT...... > 20. When is your birthday? mid-June > 21. Are you a morning person or a night person? Night > 22. What is your shoe size? 9 > 23. Pets? nope > 25. Any new and exciting news you'd like to share with us? I plead the Fifth. > 26. What did you want to be when you were little? I can't remember that far back.  But in college, it was a 'lab rat'- someone like on CSI- only in medicine, not forensics....although, had CSI been on when I was growing up, I would have wanted to do forensic lab. > 27. How are you today? overwhelmed....too much to do, and yet I STILL play on the computer too long! > 28. What is your favorite candy? Almond Joy, or any of the sour gummy or Starburst candies....but bad bad bad for the teeth!! > 29. What is your favorite flower? Lilac > 30. What is a day on the calendar you are looking forward to? our vacation to Disneyworld with our kids for their first trip. Tune in next time, for questions #31-60  :)
