BLESSED!!

I was blessed so abundantly on Mother's Day!  My wonderful R bought me a whole new living room furniture.  We haven't bought new in years and have been thinking about it but just never seemed to do it until now.  He went and picked it all out and I LOVE it!  I am so thankful, our living room is pretty now and the colours I love.  And we actualy have enough furniture now to seat most, and company...what a nice treat.  When I tried to make him take it back he said listen, you are the mother of many children, children you have given me, you deserve it!  He made me dinner last night which was very nice.

I spoke at church yesterday.  It was not so easy as I wasn't feeling the greatest and felt a little faint when I got up to the pulpit, so that combined with nervousness was not a good combination.  It went ok however.  It was actually better having R there (I thought I would be more nervous with him there for some reason?) It was good to be able to look at his face and get a smile and a nod.

I feel very blessed.  God has been so good to us.  I am so thankful for what God is doing in our lives and where He is leading us, although at times it seems a little daunting.  I know His ways are not my ways and they are always best.
