I don't use measured amounts of each ingredients. I just put in some of each ingredient until it looks right.Ingredients:
Russet potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Paprika
Peel and wash as many potatoes as you think you will need. Quarter them and put them into a bowl large enough to toss them without spilling them everywhere.

No, this is not the bowl I used to mix everything up. : )
Put enough olive oil in to coat the potatoes. Toss until the potatoes are coated. It doesn't take very much olive oil so don't overuse it.
Put the salt and paprika in. Again, just put enough in to coat the potatoes. Toss until well mixed.

Spread on cookie sheets (baking sheets). Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Keep watch though if you don't want them very crispy. Mine below are burnt but I reduced the cooking time so hopefully that time will work for you also. Halfway into baking, flip the wedges so the one side isn't more done than the other. : )

If they aren't salty enough, sprinkle more salt after they have cooked.
They are a perfect side with hamburgers. You can also not use the paprika if would rather not. Sometimes I also put in basil to add more flavor. : )
Enjoy!
