Hail, handsome fellow, dear boy of my Heart! I've loved you each moment,
right from the start. How God ever found me, I will never know. He sent you, sweet angel,
from Heaven to grow big from a little one into a great man ---
to live life as your hero, I'll try hard as I can. You now are so gentle,

Kitty Heaven

A cat dies and goes to Heaven.

God meets him at the gate and says: "You have been a good cat all these years. Anything you desire, all you have to do is ask."

The cat says,"Well, I lived all my life with a poor family on a farm and had to sleep on hardwood floors."

God says, " Say no more." And instantly a fluffy pillow appears.

A few days later, 6 mice are killed in a tragic accident and go to Heaven. God meets them at the gate with the same offer He made the cat.

The mice said."all our life we've had to run. We've been chased by cats,dogs, and even women with brooms. If we could only have a pair of roller skates, we wouldn't have to run any more."

God says, "say no more." And instantly, each mouse is fitted with a beautiful pair of tiny roller skates.

About a week later, God decides to check and see how the cat is doing. The cat is sound asleep on his new pillow. God gently nudges him awake and asks, "How are you doing? Are you happy here?"

The cat yawns and stretches and says."Oh, I've never been happier in my life. And those meals on wheels you've been sending over are the Best!"

You and your Mom do a fantastic job on your blog. The photos are all so clear and beautiful. I love seeing all the animals and country.

Your Grandpa is such a hard worker and man to look up to. God bless him.

This meals on wheels mice story is a laugh! I used to
work for a real 'Meals on Wheels' Nutrition program and it delivered many important meals to senior citizens way out in the country! It was one of my favorite jobs.

About Me

Hi my name is Josiah and I love to farm. My granddaddy is the best farmer that I know. I also love to be on his farm because there is so much to do.
My Grandaddy, Wayne Price, raises Black Angus Cows. I spent the whole summer and school
year of 2006 on the farm with him and my memaw.

I just love the farm life. My grandaddy is 85 years old and he still gets up everyday and
takes care of all his cows. I hope to be just like him one day. He is a very hard worker.

Keep in touch and keep checking back, because I hope to keep adding more stuff to my blog.
My mom is helping and showing me what looks right. So I am learning too.
