The Sith Lord's Fury
This is the account of the holocam placed close to the ceiling in "Sidious's" private quarters. It is the abridged version of the battle that took place on that fateful day. It was damaged by an "Unknown force" and is not the full account of what took place. It's words were mixed with other conversations that took place that day. Amazingly, enough of it was saved so that Kit could understand the basics of the battle.
"Senator palpatine,by the order of the galactic Senate you are under arrest."Mace Windu boldly proclaimed.
As if blocking his piercing blow, Palpatine said"Are you threatening me,"as he reached in the force for his lightsaber"master Jediiiiii!!!". He launched at the first Jedi brave enough to step forward. He went down in one blow. Kit Fisto managed to sustain a cry of rage. The next Jedi ,possibly in sheer rage or sheer courage, decided to fling himself into battle. Again he went down in one blow. This time it was Kit's turn.
He threw himself at Palpatine in a spin attack. It took six blows before finally the tired Kit was thrown down.
In reality, it was a relatively sloppy blow that took him down. It was not fatal although it looked every bit authentic in that part. Now it was time for Mace to step in. They were both brilliant strategists, but Mace had saved his strength. "Ahaah!!!!" spat Palpatine , his dark eyes sparkling.They spun around and around blocking each others blows,although There was only so much room in one senators office space. Finally they reached the delicate glass window overlooking all of Coruscant. Mace looked away for only a split second and flung his lightsaber at the glass window. It shattered instantly! The sudden gust of wind took Palpatine off guard and flung his lightsaber out the window."GrrrrrrrAghhhhhshhhh!!!!!"
He gurgled as he was slowly guided toward the edge of the window by Mace's purple lightsaber.
Anakan slowly entered the room and then quickly rushed to the scene. "Anakan...HElhhhggppp!" Palpatine exclaimed as he shot vibrant blue force lightning out of his greyish hands."Don't listen to him Anakan!" "He's a traitor!" Screamed Palpatine. "He is the traitor!" Countered Mace. Palpatines once only lightly wrinkled face was now deeply scarred. "No! Killing is not the way of the Jedi!!" Anakin exclaimed anger in his face. "HelllllllllggGhHhp!!!!!!"Cried Palpatine. "Nooooo!!!!" Then with one clean stroke of his now ignited lightsaber Anakin severed Mace Windu's hand. Almost in harmony,Palpatine and Mace screamed. One in pain one in triumph. "AHHHHHHHHHAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!" Mace Fell his last fall.
Kit couldn't watch any longer so he abruptly removed the chip. Then he heard voices. |
