It’s Monday! So, grab those sale flyers, check the refrigerator and freezer, and open the pantry doors. It’s time to plan your menu for the week!

Menu Plan for week of June 1, 2009
Breakfast
Choose from homemade granola, oatmeal, cold cereal (Cheerios), or toast and fruit.
Lunch
Hubby gets two sandwiches, a piece of fruit, pickles, and some kind of chips. The rest of us will either have leftovers from dinner the night before or a sandwich and some kind of fruit.
Sandwich-of-the-week: Grilled Chicken or PB&J
Fruit-of-the-week: Watermelon and Cantaloupe
Snacks – Yogurt, fruit, apples and peanut butter, crackers
Dinner
Monday – Baked chicken, herbed noodles, veggies
Tuesday – Baked macaroni and cheese and herbed tomatoes and green beans
Wednesday – JT Pizza
Thursday – Chicken and rice
Friday – Creamy beef over biscuits (new recipe to try)
Saturday – Breakfast Casserole
Sunday – Roast Chicken w/potatoes and veggies
