Still Alive! Honest! - Oct. 2, 2009

To my dear blogging friends,
Thank you for your sweet notes and emails filled with concern for my lengthy absence. I am happy to report that all is well! It’s just been a more-than-usual interesting couple of weeks.
In the last couple of weeks my husband disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled my computer (I was off the internet for a couple of days during this); we lugged all our camping gear down from the attic, cleaned it, and then went on a five-day camping trip where we tent-camped just outside Atlanta, Georgia during the “worst storm in 150 years” (I had very limited or no internet access for about a week); then we came home and cleaned up the camping gear just in time to host a yard sale for our church, which we still aren’t quite all the way cleaned up from, yet; and then the fall garden needed to be planted. And, yes, in the midst of all this fun, the kids continued their homeschooling, and I had to keep up with my homework from USF. Like I said; it’s been interesting!
So, please be patient with me. I will be sharing stories of our camping trip soon and stopping by everyone’s blog to see what you’ve been up to, too.
Thanks for stopping by!
Betty
Grace and peace be yours in abundance.

I'm glad to hear that all is well with you. What a bummer to be camping when they are having the worst storm in 150 years!
See you soon!
