I have been waiting for this piano lesson for a long time! Now I finally get it! I practice hymns that have been
abbreviated for an easier way to learn them. I have already leared by heart "Jesus Me" and "For the Beauty of the Earth." Now I get to try them out!
It's been one year since I first joined Home School Blogger. If you go back FOUR PAGES you can see the entry entitled "Happy Harvest." I have had a great time at HSB. And I plan for many more years here! The friends, the fun, the humor. It has really been great.
I love doing origami. I have a whole family of origami birds. A bluebird, an unknown bird, another bluebird, and another one of the unknown birds. The bluebirds are boys. The unknown birds are the girls.The father is named George, the mother is Alice, the little girl is Amy, and the little boy is Grant. Alice is white and green, and Amy is green. The George and Grant are both blue. They even stand on their own. It's fun to do origami!
I don't exactly have a healthy relationship with cold weather. And trust me, this is cold! Does anyone remember the cartoon movie Robin Hood? Well, that's were "and all's well" came from. That movie is so funny!!! Robin Hood is one of my favorite subjects. I love mysteries, and Robin Hood is a mystery. There goes another rabbit trail!
My best friend, Emma, is at my house. We just came from Church. Emma goes to my church. . I believe that we will do origami next.
Yesterday we went to the animal shelter to adopt a kitten. His name is Tubby. He is SSSOOO cute! He is about three weeks old. Tubby is a Golden Tabby. His mother was crying for three days, and I`'m guessing he and his brothers and sisters were crying with him.

I am so happy that tomorrow is SATURDAY!!!
I am so tired! But I am so happy that mom and I are just finished with history! We do the Sonlight curriculum, and I love it! We Just read Mara, daughter of the Nile, and I think it is a very interesting book. I can't tell you anything, you'll have to read it for yourselves (I would suggest you younger readers, read this with your mom)! But I do believe that it is a good book.

My first day to be truly TWELVE!!!!!
Last year, I didn't really feel any older, except for the fact that everyone said that I was older. Today I really do feel older.
Last night for supper, we (when I say we, I usually mean my family and I) had tri-tips, rice and gravy, and sweet peas. It was delicious! I do believe that my mother is the best cook ever to live. Now I can't wait for next year! It was just a family supper, but it was wonderful. I got a few presents, and lots of thoughts, from my family. I got a pair of silly socks, three head-bands, some hair-ties, and a ring. It's really three rings in one, with two guard rings, and the main ring being a chain of hearts, to remind my that my family loves me.
My birthday is tomorrow!!!! I can't wait! I'll be twelve! I am so excited, can you tell? Mom said that when I get to be twelve, I can wear make-up. I haven't been (I'm going to lie right here, but, oh well) able to wait!
I can't believe that the Colts lost that game last night! And
against the Bears! I mean, come on! (I am not trying to get on the bad side of Bears fans, I'm just...not a fan) But they did as well as the could, Peyton Manning had knee surgry and hasn't played all summer.
Finally it has stopped raining!!! I'm glad! Of course I'm not going outside today.....wish I could. Well, maybe....naaaa thinking out loud...Anyway, all I wanted to type about is this gorgeous day we are having, instead of all that rain! Isn't it wonderful!
Hi. That's all. Nothing else. I don't know what else to say. Nothing new, weeeelllllll... I just lied. Something new....I go to the doctor today. Mom thinks I have Poison Ivy, but we aren't sure.
I hope you folks are enjoying the sun and everything, 'cause I sure ain't! I'm cooped up inside, doing school (Mom's got a dentist
appointment tomorrow). So we are starting school today. I am so excited. (That was supposed to be funny, no, I correct myself
extremely funny! I was trying to put in just a touch of
sarcasm.) ;-) I hope it worked!
I'm aaaalllllll better!!! But I have a sad story to tell. You know how I own a Guinea Pig? Well, my family had another one( He's the bigger one in the picture.). He died on Monday. We don't know why. But he's gone. He was owned by the boys (Johnny and Joseph). They are sssssoooooo sad.

Well, here I am, inconpleate as I am
Well, I had my tonsils out. And it hurts!!! I have to eat, drink, and do all that stuff, and it hurts like a the dickens-dickedie-doo!!! I don't want to do this ever again!
We (my family and I) went to Branson an Tuesday, We came home on Wednesday in the afternoon. We went to share vacation with my cousins, who live in Liberty (near Kansas City) and a friend of theirs. We went swimming everyday and since I had my tonsils, My ears hurt. And since my ears hurt, I couldn't go under water. But on Wednesday, I went underwater twice!!!!!
