Jan. 14, 2008 - Catch Up

All week long with me intending to post. :)

We had a good week.  We enjoyed getting back into routine with our learning and activities. 

Tuesday we completed our scheduled learning (school work) in the morning and had a new friend come over to help make bread and see the equipment I use (the grinder for the fresh flour & the mixer I use to knead the dough).  It was fun - the kids enjoyed playing and the moms enjoyed chatting and making bread.

Wednesday was busy - scheduled learning in the morning and art & piano in the afternoon, a quick meal, and church that evening.

Thursday we went to play at some friends of ours in the afternoon. 

Friday was a fun day - we did our scheduled learning in the morning, went to the library and the park, and then went to the gym where two of the kids got to try out exercise equipment just their size.  Youngest was disappointed that she wasn't old enough to use the equipment and decided nursery wasn't near as fun.  Then we met my folks for a yummy dinner & my honey & I went to the gym to work off that dinner that night. :)

Saturday we got to sleep in - no basketball. :)  Then two of the girls had a bday party to attend.  They then had a spend the night with a neighbor.  The other girls enjoyed being home with us and getting to stay up watching a movie.  (Boy does that make Sunday morning come early.) :)

Yesterday we had a wonderful time of worship at church.  The girls enjoyed bringing home friends from church.

We're about to get going with our week this week.  Hope you all have a wonderful week!
