Ha! Funny you should comment, because I was actually thinking about you just this morning. It started with a discussion on literature, see, and then on the name Mac and Scottish heritage, and then Beth started talking about Big Macs because she has an essentially male mind and is always fixated on food, and then I thought about your stories about Big Mac and the river adventure and moonlit bike ride, and they made me laugh just thinking about them.
How come you don't write hilariously awesome posts like that anymore? Have you grown old and boring? Or... wait. Could it be something to do with not posting at all? Hmm?
Anyway... you need to write a cool blog post. That's all.

Aww... none of us ever talk to you anymore? Well, I would act really sympathetic and sorry for you... but I'm actually not. I mean, if you abandon us for months on end and deny us all our fix of your awesomeness, what do you expect? Prolly even if you do come back and write us another great post people still won't flock to return, because they've taken this long just to get over the withdrawal symptoms and no one's going to want to risk going through all that again. And the best part is that you have no one to blame but yourself. Sorry.
I'm not really being very comforting, am I? I'm afraid someone had to tell you the truth, though. Although it could be a particularly bad idea if you happen to feel depressed or angsty or something and this comment just sends you into a spiral of depression and you become the hardcore emo your sister tried to convince me you are. Maybe I should add a disclaimer.
Anyway, don't let this discourage you. You don't need a social life. You don't need an education. You don't need a job. Forget them all, and write us some good long story posts! In fact, why not move into your parents basement and devote your life to this noble work? Nothing could be more fulfilling!
How is your life, anyway? Obviously busy and interesting enough to keep you from the internet?
