On Friday we took a history field trip to Lake Havasu City, AZ.  The Vietnam War Traveling Wall had made a trip to Havasu.  We wanted to see it and make it a history lesson.  The wall was in Havasu from the 26th to the 29th.  It had a very somber atmosphere.  A lot of people were there to see it.  The staff that sponsored it to be there did a great job.

DS had also been wanting to see the History Museum of Havasu.  He learned things about the Native Indians of this area, The London Bridge, and about the man that built Lake Havasu City.  He has to write a report about the Wall and the Museum.
