I woke up yesterday to a strange, hot -- melted rubber smell coming out of my furnace. My handy fix-it guy was out of town. So, I called the furnace man. The motor was breaking/over-working. And, it was fixed right before it got so cold. The very best part? All repairs, parts and service, were covered by the warranty.
Whoa! -18. I don't think I've ever experienced -18. Hopefully, I never have to. Yeah, well you know it's "global climate change" now don't you know? Never mind that the climate has been changing since God's creation.
YIKES!! It's cold everywhere but here, it seems. It's finally sunny and yesterday it got to almost 40! I'm not trying to rub it in :) Bundle up and stay WARM!

We had a cold front come through and it took us down to 55 degrees.
