Wooly Bear

We had a little friend come for a visit this past weekend.

He was a bit shy at first (....you probably would be, too, in this situation).

But he 'warmed up' to us quickly.

He had some lunch

Played a bit....

But soon was on his way....

We know where he lives though....
so hopefully we'll be able to stop by and see him again in the spring.

I wonder if he'll have changed at all?

Wooley Bears are supposed to predict the snowfall. That much black means a hard winter! Hmmmm....time will tell.

I've heard that, too , Amy ( about them predicting the weather,) but I could never remember if it was the black or the orange that you were supposed to look at.

Another long winter, huh? (Sigh....)
Guess I'd better stock up on tea and chocolate - LOL.
