Running Free In Heartland

Have you ever felt so mad at someone, that you didn't want to forgive them and you just kept on digging up the "old bones" of hurt, anger, and what ever else you felt?Well, I have recently learned that you have to let those things go, and forgive that person. Not only because it is pointless and builds up a bad relationship with that person, but because God has forgiven us for the numerous sins WE commit. We commit sins everyday, but God forgives us and totally forgets about them. And I know that he also wants us to forgive each other as well. There is this a verse in the Bible that says, "If your forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your father will not forgive your sins." Matthew 6:14-15 (NLT), which tells us that we need to forgive one another.

One thing that God taught me through my mom recently ,too, is that the devil tries to take away all of the joy and blessings that God gives us. For example, my mom's birthday was a couple days ago, and she had a great time, cause my dad took her into Vancouver for two days. She had a really great time, and I was SO happy for her, cause all of her birthdays up till now have sucked. We had a great evening last night at my grandparent's house,too, where my three other siblings and I stayed while they went to Vancouver, and I got to have a good conversation with my dad in the car on the way back. But, when we got home, our family got into a huge fight. It was aweful, and it wasn't until my mom was down here emailing one of her friends that she realized that the Devil tries to take away the joys and blessings that God give to us. It was aweful after such a good few days, and my mom came up and talked to us about this. I really like having her to help us through all of this craziness, and all of the other things that occure during mine life. Please pray for us, and our family matters that need to be worked out, we would really appreciate them!Also, please pray for my mom to be filled up with God's strength and for God to continue to help her to guide us. Thank you SO much!
