Party and Praise God

On one of my posts from a few weeks ago, I wrote a bit about a surprise party that me and my friend, Shayna, are throughing for one of our other friends, Becky. I am becoming excited, cause it is TONIGHT!!!!Lots of us, Shayna, me, and some other friends are going early to set up for the party, and it should be pretty fun, cause we have a great set up, and hopefully  clean up, group. Coming early are our friends, Josiah, Heather, maybe her fiance, Tim, Jackie and Steve(one of the youth leaders, and our co-youth pastor), Becky's big brother, Ryan, Shayna, our friends, Emerald and Jessica, and I. Oh, and possibly my former youth leader, Anj, and her husband Steve. I am really excited, for we have a great group of people invited and coming, and it should just be a fun time. At least, I hope it is.

God has really been helping us with this too. For I while I didn't think to ask him to help us and involve him in this party. It wasn't until things started to fall apart, that I realized that Shayna and I needed his help to make this party a success. Every since, we have been able to rent one of the rooms in our church, have some of the money to pay for the rent, and almost everyone has replied to say that they can come. I am really looking forward to this, although I am also not totally sure what to expect. Please pray that God will be in our party tonight, and that everything else we need his help with, will be provided for. That is another thing that God has taught me through this. God CAN provide you with all that you need, if you just ask. Sometimes he just does it, cause he knows that you need his help with the situation, but other times he just waits for us to ask him. It is really cool what God can do, and if he doesn't do something right away, don't give up on him but just wait for his timing, cause God's timing is much different then ours.

Praise God, for he has done so much for us!Lets give him TWO rounds of applauds!!!
