Thankful Thursday
I am thankful for a savings, because this week's pay check will be kind of light due to DH only putting in 3 1/2 days of work.
I am thankful that the Lord led my husband to a place of employment where he does not have to work Sundays. There is a whole testimony I could get into over that, but let's just say, many people told DH that he couldn't find a factory job where he could have Sundays off. But he was patient and trusted the Lord and he led him to where he is.
I am thankful that we are all healthy again.
I am thankful for friends, both online and IRL that have the same like-mindedness when it comes to serving the Lord.
I am thankful that DS9 is enjoying co-op so far.
I am thankful that I had enough energy to clean my pantry today and that it only took me half an hour.
I am thankful that I have really felt the Lord closely this week so far. I have been going through a period of testing and trial and the Lord is saying, 'Daughter, I still love you, and I will never leave you nor forsake you.'
I am thankful for the abundant blessings of the Lord, which are too many to count.
And on that note, I will share this verse:
"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. He that is our God is the God of salvation, and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death."—Psalm 68:19-20

I wasn't sure if you had been back by to visit and I couldn't email you for some reason. (some kind of default I am getting when I try to email people).
Hugs,

thankful for frugal homeschooler

I enjoy your blog. Keep sharing your frugal tips. It makes me so sad to hear people say they just can't afford to homeschool. I believe that the homeschooling lifestyle can be cheaper to live than the average 2 income lifestyle.
You recognized my blog as being flylady inspired! I found flylady when I was pregnant with my 7th child. She has really helped me be a better manager of my home. Here's another great help: www.titus2.com
