Walgreens and the Office Supply Stores seem to have the best sales this year. Kmart, Target, and WalMart don't seem to have any big sales on Supplies. Those stores seem to be focusing on "Going Back to College" and have lots of Big items like LapTops and Dorm items on sale rather then Back to School Supplies!
