(Liberty Counsel) Colorado just passed a law that, in our legal opinion, could ban the distribution of the Bible in that state.

The Law -- SB 200 -- bans the distribution of any written material that discriminates based on "sexual orientation."
According to the law, that includes...

...any communication, paper, poster, folder, manuscript, book, pamphlet, writing, print, letter, notice, or advertisement of any kind, nature, or description which is intended or calculated to discriminate or actually discriminates..."

 Liberty Counsel's legal team has concluded that this statute effectively means a judge in Colorado has the power to ban the distribution of the Bible in that state!

What's happening in Colorado is very much a threat to the rights of people of faith in every state, including Alabama.
